Volunteer with us
There is no better feeling that one can have when it comes to being able to help those whom you care for. This is the reason why our members do what we do. You are our friends and neighbors. Even if we do not know your name, we know that you appreciate us being there when you call for help. So why not give us a try, contact us, ask questions see if you like us; we are sure you will! It doesn't hurt to ask.

"I wanted to join the fire company to carry on the tradition of the long line of firefighters in my family. I also wanted to serve the community and do something meaningful, not only to me but to others as well.
In my 25 years as a firefighter I was honored to be able to move along the ranks from Lieutenant to Captain to Fire Chief. All positions that I thoroughly enjoyed.
As I watch my daughter and son now move thru the ranks of the fire company we know it is in the family bloodline and couldn't be prouder to be a part of the Getzville Fire Company Family."
